Married: September 9, 1961 Moncton, NB. Harry Edward Chappell
A loving wife, mother and “Nan” to her family. She was a devoted Christian and loved her Saviour Jesus Christ. Her main objective in life was caring for others. She was the care-giver to her parents, in-laws, grandfather, aunt, siblings, and friends in need. She was the ninth of fourteen children, nine girls and five boys.
Violet was a dedicated homemaker for her children and husband. She cherished times with her family. She loved to bake & cook, garden, sew, stitch needlepoint and crafts, taking walks, and reading. She was a life-long learner and always shared her wealth of information with others, especially to help people with their health and wellness.
As an entrepreneur with Young Living Essential Oils, she worked her business for 27 years attaining the level of Gold. She was a saleswoman for many companies throughout her career.
Violet was a member of Glad Tidings Church. She taught Sunday School, Missionettes Girls Club, and participated yearly with her sisters in providing hundreds of shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. She also was a member of the Greenwood Cemetery Board in Shediac.
Violet is survived by her husband, Harry Edward Chappell.
Children: Dawn Welner (Dana), Duane Chappell (Elaine) and Christa Mallory (Rev. J.D.).
Grandchildren: Matthew Welner (Amber), Benjamin Welner (Kailyn), Olyver Stone, Amy
Pattison, (Ben), Nicholas Mallory (Jeweli), Cassidy Beaujour (Jordan) and
Allison Baker (Andrew).
Great Grandchildren: Addison, Jaxon, Judah, Keiran and one more on the way.
Siblings: Audrey Gordon, Rita Bennett, Phyllis O‘Donnell, Claude Brydges, Esther King, Nelson Brydges (Leona), Linda Waldron, Lois King (Hayward), Leslie Brydges (Florence), Joan Davidson.
And many loving nieces, nephews and dear friend Barbara Murray.
Preceeded in death by: her parents, Luther & Beatrice Brydges, sister, Willa Joudry and brothers: Robert Brydges and Gregory Brydges.
Passage Funeral Home, 3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, NB.
Visitation for Family & Friends: Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 7-9 pm
Friday, May 12, 2023 from 1-2 pm.
Celebration of Life: Friday, May 12, 2023 at 2 pm
Reception to follow funeral service.
Internment at Greenwood Cemetery, Shediac.

I was blessed to have Violet as my dear friend and Mentor in Young Living since 2006. She was a lovely faith filled lady who’ll be truly missed by all whose lives she touched. I’m unable to attend the service as I’m recovering from recent surgery. Sending my thoughts and prayers to the family. May God bless and comfort you today and the days ahead.

Violet was a beautiful lady, I knew her in business which of coarse with Violet became a special friendship. She was a wealth of knowledge and loved to advise and help in any way.
