Wilfred Gaudet, 88, of Albénie St. Dieppe, passed away on Thursday, August 31st, 2006 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB.
Born in Amherst, NS on August 31st, 1918, he was the son of the late Adolphe and the late Arzelie (née: LeBlanc) Gaudet.
Mr. Gaudet retired from C.F.B. # 5 after 48 years of service, he was a parishioner at Ste.-Thérèse R.C.C.
He is survived by his wife, Elise (née: Richard); two daughters: Patricia Gaudet and Louise Gaudet, both of Dieppe; two sons: Eugene (Colette) of Dieppe and Daniel of New Glasgow, NS; one sister, Alice (Valerie) Bourgeois of Dieppe; 2 grandchildren: Rene and Julie as well as by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Sunday, September 3rd, 2006 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and on Monday from 2 pm until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, on Monday, September 4th, 2006 at 3 pm.
Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB
