Wilfred LeBlanc, 94, of Oasis d’Or, Dieppe, passed away on Saturday, April 13th, 2013 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton.
Born in St-Anselme, he was the son of the late Philomon and the late Marie (née: LeBlanc) LeBlanc.
Prior to his retirement; Wilfred worked as a carman for CN and was a member of Saint-Anselme parish.
He is survived by his wife, Diana (née: Leger); three sons: Daniel of Riverview, Paul of Dieppe and Guy (Faith) of Toronto, ON; two sisters: Exeline (late Dolpha) Brun of St-Anselme and Colombe (late Yvon) LeBlanc of Dieppe; one brother, Philip (Robertine) of Dieppe; one granddaughter, Mélanie, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents; he was predeceased by three sisters: Emma, Yvonne and Rosanna and also by one brother, Adolphe.
Private funeral at the family’s request.
Interment in Saint-Anselme Parish Cemetery, Dieppe.
Donations to the Dr.Georges-L. Dumont Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Au Centre hospitalier universitaire Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont de Moncton, le samedi 13 avril, 2013, à l’âge de 94 ans, est décédé Wilfred LeBlanc. Il demeurait à l’Oasis d’Or, Dieppe.
Né à Saint-Anselme, il était fils de feu Philomon et de feu Marie (née LeBlanc) LeBlanc.
Avant sa retraite, Wilfred a travaillé pour le CN comme wagonnier. Il était membre de la paroisse Saint-Anselme.
Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Diana (née Leger); trois fils: Daniel de Riverview, Paul de Dieppe et Guy (Faith) de Toronto, ON; deux soeurs: Exeline (feu Dolpha) Brun de Saint-Anselme et Colombe (feu Yvon) LeBlanc de Dieppe; un frère, Philip (Robertine) de Dieppe; une petite-fille, Mélanie, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Outre ses parents; trois soeurs: Emma, Yvonne et Rosanna, ainsi qu’un frère, Adolphe, l’ont précédé dans la tombe.
Funéraille privé à la demande de la famille.
L’inhumation se fera au cimetière paroissial Saint-Anselme.
Un don à la Fondation Dr. Georges-L. Dumont serait apprécié par la famille.
La direction des funérailles a été confiée aux soins professionnels de la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe (857-1901).
