Wilhelmina Melanson, 86, of Lakeview Manor, Beaverton, ON, passed away on Friday, March 8th, 2013, at her residence.
Born in Nijmegen, Netherlands, she was the daughter of the late Johannus and the late Anna (née: Raademaker) Poldermans.
She is survived by her one daughter, Patricia "Trish" (Paul) Hill of Oshawa, ON; one son, Robert "Bob" (Nancy) Melanson of Orleans, ON; 7 grandchildren as well as 8 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Clorice in 1988; one daughter, Diane and one brother, Jan.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe (857-1901) on Friday from 7 to 9 pm and also on Saturday from 9 am until time of service.
Funeral service will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, Dieppe, on Saturday, March 16th, 2013 at 10 am.
Interment in the Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe.
Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Née à Nijmegen, Pays-Bas, elle était fille de feue Johannus et de feue Anna (née Raademaker) Poldermans.
Elle laisse dans le deuil une fille, Patricia «Trish» (Paul) Hill d’Oshawa, ON; un fils, Robert «Bob» (Nancy) Melanson de Orleans, ON; 7 petits-enfants ainsi que 8 arrière petits-enfants.
Son époux, Clorice en 1988; une fille, Diane ainsi qu’un frère, Jan l’ont précédée dans la tombe.
Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N.-B., (857-1901) le vendredi de 19h à 21h et le samedi de 9h jusqu’au funérailles.
Les funérailles auront lieu en la chapelle de la maison funéraire Chartersville de Dieppe, le samedi 16 mars, 2013, à 10h.
L’inhumation au cimetière Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire, Dieppe.
Un don à la Société d’Alzheimer serait apprécié par la famille.
