Moncton, NB – William (Billy) Bauer, 73, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Roy and the late Altha Bauer (born Mullin).
Billy will be sadly missed by his children, Terrence (Janet Trites) of Mont Eagle, Betty Archibald-Bauer (Harvey) and Stacey Cormier-Geddes (Todd) both of Moncton; his two brothers, Ricky and Peter (Jackie) both of Moncton; his three grandchildren, Cassandra, Cole and Noah; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Yolande (Leona); four brothers, Hartford, Charles, Denis and Allison; six sisters, Pamela, Marjorie, Phyllis, Rita, Shirley and Debbie.
Celebration of Life will be held at Passage (625, Mountain road, Corner West Lane, Moncton) on Saturday, August 3, 2019 from 2pm to 4 pm. Burial will take place in the columbarium at Fair Haven Memorial Garden in Moncton, on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Hospice of Greater Moncton.
