Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Elizabeth (Wheaton).
Bill was a local businessman and educator with over 34 years’ experience. His company, Glencairn Educational Services Ltd., has provided educational services at Dorchester Penitentiary, Springhill Institution and Atlantic Institution for over 12 years.
Bill was a tennis enthusiast and volunteered in the sport for over 20 years.
His family is grateful for the compassionate and skilled care from Dre Ludivine Witkowski, Dre Cynthia Savoie, Dre Danielle Langlais, Sylvie Arsenault, N.P., and the nursing staff of Unit 4C.
As per Bill’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
