William "Bill" Gould

The passing is announced of Bill Gould of Pine Tree Estates, formerly of Dieppe and Memramcook on Saturday, July 11th, 2009.
Born in Memramcook East on April 5th, 1941, he was the son of the late Ephrem Gould and Bella LeBlanc.

Bill worked for the City of Dieppe for over thirty years. Bill was known to many by his long white beard and hearty laugh.

Bill will be sadly missed by one step-daughter, Pauline (Basilio) Metti; two daughters: Michelle Gould and Brenda Miklavic; his loving step grandchildren: Marcel and Bianka and grandson,Vaughn. Loved and remembered by his mother, Bella; his brothers: Paul (Yolande), Ron (Mary), Gerald, Aurele, Bert (Marilyn), Denis, Marcel (Charline); his sisters: Evangeline Goguan (late Jim), Jeanne Gould (Lionel), Helene Tower (late Ivan), many nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by his wife of 33 years, Patricia Cormier in 2000
By request, no visitation.

Funeral mass will be celebrated from the Ste.-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, on Wednesday, July 15th, 2009 at 11 am.
Interment in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.

À sa résidence de “Pine Tree Estates”, le samedi 11 juillet 2009, est décédé Bill Gould, autrefois de Dieppe et Memramcook, N.-B.
Né à Memramcook, Est, N.-B.,il était fils de Bella LeBlanc et de feu Ephrem Gould.
Avant sa retraite, Bill avait travaillé pour plus de trente ans avec la Ville de Dieppe. Il était connu pour sa grande barbe blanche et son rire vigoureux.

Il laisse dans le deuil sa belle-fille, Pauline (Basilio) Metti; deux filles: Michelle Gould et Brenda Miklavic; ses beaux petits-enfants: Marcel et Bianka et son petit-fils,Vaughn. Il sera aussi manqué par sa mère, Bella; ses frères: Paul (Yolande), Ron (Mary), Gerald, Aurele, Bert (Marilyn), Denis, Marcel (Charline); ses soeurs: Evangeline Goguan (feu Jim), Jeanne Gould (Lionel), Helene Tower (feu Ivan) ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Son épouse, Patricia Cormier en 2000 l’a précédé dans la tombe.

À sa demande, aucune visite. Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Ste-Thérèse, le mercredi, 15 juillet, 2009 à 11h. L’inhumation au cimetière Notre-Dame du Calvaire, Dieppe, N.-B.

Au lieu des fleurs, un don à la Fondation des maladies du coeur, l’Association Canadienne du Diabètes ou au choix serait apprecié par la famille.
