In Loving Memory Of
William “Bill” Pellerin
1944 – 2022

Well-known Moncton area contractor and businessman, Bill Pellerin, 78, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022, surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Alfred and Alice Pellerin (Roy).

Bill was educated in Moncton, graduating as a Certified Engineering Technologist from New Brunswick Community College in 1970. He enjoyed a 50-year career in the construction industry beginning with W. H. Crandall Ltd., then Owner and Operator of his contracting company, Wilmo Enterprises Ltd. for over 20 years. He then accepted a position as a project manager for Giffels Design-Build Enterprises. For the last nine years of his career, he worked as a Project Coordinator with Suncor Energy Limited working on-site in the oil fields of Alberta.

Bill devoted his life to his wife Maureen and son Darren as a loving husband and father. He was a true friend to many, keeping in touch and being the first to offer help when asked or needed. His hobbies included golf (amateur of course), fishing (did catch one), attending Wildcats hockey games, travelling and card games. However, his friends will best remember him for his “happy shuffle” just before he was about to win the hand in cards.  Good times were always enjoyed by all with Bill!

Predeceased by both parents and his brother, Fred Pellerin (Judy), 2022, Bill will be greatly missed by his wife, Maureen (Lemieux) of 51 years; his son: Darren (Michelle) of Saint John; his brother: Louis (Jeanne) of Dieppe; his sister: Sylvia Levesque of Dieppe; his sister-in-law: Judy of Dieppe; his grand dog: Lucy; also by several aunts/uncles/nieces/cousins, and many friends!

Visitation will be held at Passage-Chartersville, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (506-857-1901) on Thursday, July 28 from 10am to 10:50am for visitation, followed by the funeral service in the Chapel at 11am and then a reception.
