In Loving Memory Of
William “Bill” “Willy” Belliveau
May 7, 2015

Moncton, NB – It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of William “Bill” “Willy” Belliveau, who passed away at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, May 7, 2015, after a brief illness.

Born in Legerville, NB, he was the son of the late Edmond and the late Rosalie (LeBlanc) Belliveau.

Bill was one of the kindest and proudest person you could ever meet. He was so proud of his family friends and his work as an agent with the Co-operators for 43 years. Let’s not forget that he started his career on a bicycle (a commercial was even done on this) and then so proud of his clean shiny cars throughout his lifetime. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Shediac. He was also a veteran of the Second World War in 1944-1945 for the Royal Canadian Army Reserve Force.

Bill will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 64 years, Aline; his three sons, Roland (Gisèle) of Grand-Barachois, Gilles(Ann) and Maurice “Moe” (Janice) both of Moncton; his two sisters, Laura Robichaud (late Ernest) of Bouctouche and Lucille Arsenault (Alyre) of Dieppe; his six grandchildren, Priscilla, Alexis, Patrick, Christine, Nicolette and Isabelle; also by several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his three sisters, Imelda, Rita and Léona; his seven brothers, Émile, Hector, Aderic, Alyre, Aimé, Hervé and Alfred.

Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge, on Monday, May 11, 2015 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 9 to 10:30 am. Funeral service will be held at St-Joseph RC Church in Shediac on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 11 am.
