Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, NB, he was the son of the late Antoine and the late Léona Robichaud (nee Melanson).

Yvon will be sadly missed by two brothers, Valérie Robichaud (Ida) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent and Donald Robichaud of Moncton; two sisters, Odette Robichaud (Jean-Guy) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent and Rose Melanson (Norman) of Ayer, Mass; also by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Adrienne.

Visitations will be held at Passage (3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge) on Friday, April 12, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel RC Church in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 11:00 am. There will be no visitation on Saturday, April 13, 2019.

If so desired, donations can be made to the family, the Moncton Sick Children Funds (Lions Club of Mountain Rd) or to a charity of your choice.
