Cocagne, NB – Yvon Robichaud, 91, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2018 at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton.

Born in Cocagne, NB, he was the son of the late Hector and Fidelisse (nee Despres) Robichaud.

Yvon was the last survivor of five children. He leaves behind his loving wife 62 years, Rita Robichaud (nee LeBlanc); his daughter, Huguette Robichaud of Cocagne; his three sons, Fernand (Linda) Robichaud of Cocagne, Yvon JR.(Claudette) of Geary and Luc (Linda) Robichaud of Cocagne; his six grandchildren, Jacques (Wendjie), Sonia (Eric), Sebastien (Chantal), Veronique (Mathieu), Chanti (Nathan) and Caleb (Holly); his seven great grandchildren; he will also be missed by his only living sister-in-law, Florence Robichaud; also by several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Roger (late Hermine) and Roland (Florence); two sisters, Bernadette Kenny (John) and Hectorine Gagnon (Joe).

As per Yvon’s request, there will be no visitations. A funeral service will be held at Passage Chapel in Shediac Bridge, on Tuesday, August 28th at 7:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
