It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Yvonne Hébert, 88, on Saturday, August 1st, 2026, at the Maison Providence in Shediac.
Born in Cocagne, she was the daughter of the late Fred and the late Marie-Rose Després (Léger).
Yvonne will be sadly missed by her sons: Donald Hébert (Doris Melanson) of Grande-Digue, Danny Hébert (Charline Surette) of Cocagne, and Marc Hébert (Carole Belliveau) of Grande-Digue; her brother, Alyre Després (Marguerite) of Cocagne; her sister, Rosemonde Dionne of Saint-Gregoire; her grandchildren: Mathieu, Kevin, Rémi, Jenny, Gyslain, Janelle, Sébastien, Simon, Maxime, and Janice; as well as her great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Léo Hébert; her children: Eugène and Léa; as well as her siblings: Bernice, Alfreda, Normand, Oscar, and Yvon.
In respect to the family’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held at La Visitation de Grande-Digue RC Church (416 Route 530, Grande-Digue) on Friday, August 7th, 2026, at 11:00am.
Donations in memory of Yvonne can be made to a charity of your choice.
