Zella LeBlanc, 92, of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche on Saturday December 29, 2018. She was married to the late Patrice «Patrick» LeBlanc. Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, she was the daughter of the late Thaddéé and the late Béatrice (Cormier) Collette.
She will be sadly missed by her five children; Jeannine Bastarache, Denise Bourque (Gerard), Pauline Richard (Maurice), Claude (Carmella) and Rhéal all of Bouctouche, her nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn one sister May Bourque (Ronald) of Shediac and one brother Emile of Shediac as well as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by one daughter Diane (2016), three sisters; Madeleine, Elise, Jeanne and five brothers; Lionel, Alban, Philippe, Elias and Alyre.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche, on January 1, 2019 from 7 to 9 and on Wednesday January 2, from 9 to 10:45 am. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday January 2, 2019 at 11:00 am with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
