Alcide "Al" Hebert, 55, of Lakeville-West, NB, passed away on Monday, January 5th, 2015, at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Montreal, QC, he was the son of Yvonne (née: LeBlanc) and the late Clovis Hebert.
He was a loving family man and will be missed by his mother, Yvonne of Dieppe; his wife, Lorna (née: Hopper); two sons: Matthew and Christopher, both at home; two sisters: Rita (Brent) Leslie of Dieppe and Annette (Robert) Poirier of Moncton; one brother, Roger (Charline) of Moncton; mother and father-in-law: Angel and Bob Hopper of Moncton; two brothers-in-law: Rob (Brittany) Hopper of Moncton and Mike (Maria) Hopper of Ontario; as well as several special nieces and nephews.
By request, no visitation at the funeral home.
A Celebration of the Word will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, (857-1901) on Thursday, January 8th, 2015 at 1 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital "Palliative Care" would be appreciated by the family.

Né à Montreal, QC, il était fils de Yvonne (née LeBlanc) et de feu Clovis Hébert.
Un homme de famille bien-aimé, il sera manqué par sa mère, Yvonne de Dieppe; son épouse, Lorna (née: Hopper); deux fils: Matthew et Christopher, tous deux à la maison; deux soeurs: Rita (Brent) Leslie de Dieppe et Annette (Robert) Poirier de Moncton; un frère, Roger (Charline) de Moncton; ses beaux-parents: Angel et Bob Hopper de Moncton; deux beaux-frères: Rob (Brittany) Hopper de Moncton et Mike (Maria) Hopper de Ontario; ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces spéciaux.
À la demande, aucune visite aura lieu au salon.
Une célébration de la parole aura lieu en la chapelle de la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N.-B. (857-1901) le jeudi 8 janvier, 2015 à 13h.
Au lieu de fleurs, un don à la Fondation des Amis de l’Hôpital de Moncton «Soins Palliatifs» serait apprécié par la famille.
