Moncton, NB – Andréa Marie Lirette, 88, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital, on Monday, March 1, 2021, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Cap-de-Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and the late Elmire Hébert (nee Babineau).
Andréa will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 61 years, Clifford Lirette; her children: Joanne Bourque of Moncton, Annette LeBlanc (Marc) of Shediac and Maurice Lirette (Tracey) of Moncton; her grandchildren: France (Nick), Marc-André (Carine), Benoît, Julien, Rémi, Kyle and Brandon; her great grandchildren: Samuel, Emery and Grayson; her brother: Camille Hébert of Moncton; also by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her grandson: Jacques LeBlanc (2013); her siblings: Robert (Marie), Laurette (Yvon), Helena (Peter).
Andréa loved to spend time with her family, especially when she could see her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her hobbies were: bingo, bowling, word puzzles, quilting and playing cards with her friends until her health prevented her from doing so.
Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel (625 Mountain road, Moncton), on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, from 2 pm until time of funeral service at chapel at 4 pm.The funeral will be broadcast continuously and can be viewed live on Passage Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PassageFH/
