1979 ~ 2020
Moncton, NB – It is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Anne Julie (Boudreau) Greer at her residence with her family by her side, on Sunday, January 12, 2020, after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Moncton, NB, on August 25, 1979. She married her high school sweetheart and loving husband of seventeen years, James Greer. Besides her husband, she will be dearly missed by their two daughters, Kayla and Nani. Also by her parents, Marcelle (Langis) and Francis Boudreau of Moncton; her brother, Dominic (Karen) of Moncton; two nephews, Damien and Alex Boudreau of Moncton; her in-laws, Marielle (Daigle) and Jim Greer; one sister-in-law, Stephanie (Graham) and one niece, Chloe Lounder; also by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Anne was predeceased by her maternal and paternal grandparents, two aunts and three uncles.
In her spare time she would create beautiful art work on her finger nails with her favorite cat (Misha) by her side. She liked spending summers at the cottage with her family, shopping, exercising, watching movies and going on drives. She had a special smile that will never be forgotten.
God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be, so He put his arms around you and whispered, “Come to Me”. Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near.
Visitation will be held at Hillside Baptist Church (2290 Mountain Rd, Moncton), on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm and on Friday, January 17, 2020 from 1 pm until time of celebration of life at the church at 2 pm with Pastor Jerry Reddy officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society, the Greater Moncton SPCA or to a charity of your choice.
The family invites you to sign an online book of condolences at: www.funerairepassagefuneral.ca.
