Notre-Dame, NB – Annette Babineau, 77, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, Moncton, NB, on Wednesday, December 4th, 2013.
Born in Paquetville, NB on June 3rd, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Antoine and the late Philomène Williams (nee Mailloux).
Annette is survived by her three children, Joceline Donaghy (Brian), Michelle Cormier & Roland Babineau (Kim) all of Moncton, NB; her six sisters, Lillianne Babineau (Normand) of Moncton, NB, Aline Léger of Moncton, NB, Corinne Babineau (Lévis) of Moncton, NB, Odette Dupuis of Irishtown, NB, Edith Mazerolle (Fred) of Dieppe, NB & Gilberte Williams of Richibucto, NB; her brother, Freddy Williams (Léantine) of Paquetville, NB; her seven grandchildren, Ryan (Allison), Amy, Robert, Stéphanie, Patrick, Christian & Sophie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Léo Babineau; her brother, Laurent Williams.
Visitations will be at Passage Funeral Chapel, 625 Mountain Road, Moncton, NB on Tuesday, December 10th, 2013 from 2:00 – 4:00pm and from 7:00 – 9:00pm. There will be no visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday morning. Funeral mass will be held at the Notre-Dame du Sacré Coeur RC Church, 3863 Route 115, Notre-Dame, NB on Wednesday, December 11th, 2013 at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Notre-Dame du Sacré Coeur RC Church Fund or to CHU Dumont Foundation (Palliative Care Unit) would be appreciated by the family.
