Grande-Digue, NB – Annette Cormier, 67, passed away at her residence, with her family by her side, on Friday, June 26, 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Grande-Digue, NB, she was the daughter of the late Gérard and Stella Caissie (born LeBlanc). She worked for Bell Aliant for over 30 years.
She will be dearly missed by her husband, Rhéal; two daughters, Jolaine Cormier (Yves Gallant) of Grande-Digue and Josiane Cormier (Rémi) of Sherbrooke, QC; five brothers, Paul (Ginette), Roger (Ginette), Yvon (Denise) and Léonard, all from Grande-Digue and Raymond (Rebecca) from Shediac Bridge; three sisters, Rita Poirier (Normand), Anita Melanson (Emery) and Monette Caissie (Daniel Robichaud), all from Grande-Digue; three grandchildren, Sandrine, Arielle and Lauriane; also by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her father, Annette was predeceased by her brother, Ulysse.
As per Annette’s wishes, there will be no visitations. Funeral service will be held at La Visitation RC Church in Grande-Digue, on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 4 pm with a maximum of 100 people, due to the pandemic.
