Cocagne, NB – Carmeline Bourque, 83, surrounded by her loving family, passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital on Thursday, January 31, 2019.
Born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Lévi and the late Prescille Goguen (nee Cormier).
Carmeline will be sadly missed by her three sons, Marcel (Gisèle) of Cocagne, Guy (Monique) of Bouctouche and Gilles (Sylvia) of St. Joseph de Bouctouche; her two daughters, Monette (Raymond) of Tide Head and Josette (Daniel) of Saint-Antoine; her two brothers, Philip (Marie) of Gardner, Mass. and Lionel (Dorine) of Cocagne; her two sisters, Louise (late Léo) of Waltham, Mass. and Aline (Ulysse) of Cocagne; thirteen grandchildren, Kevin, Melissa, Natalie, Chantal, Danika, Yannick, Brandon, Véronique, Annie, Madelaine, Myriam, Yanick and Dominick; eight great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law, Claira of Saint-Antoine, Lorraine of Cocagne and Florence of Fitzburg, Mass.; her special friend Gérard Gallant; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Aquila; four brothers, Yvon, Léandre, Henri and Aurèle; two sisters, Florence and baby Florine; also by one grandchild, Michael.
Visitations will be held at the St-Pierre-de-Cocagne RC Church slumber room on Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Monday, February 4, 2019 from 2:00 pm until time of funeral service at 4:00 pm.
