Corey Belliveau, 23, raised in Dieppe and residing in Memramcook, passed away on Wednesday, August 15th, 2018, as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of Christine Leger and Rick Belliveau.
Corey was employed with Atlantic Transmission. He was a graduate of École Mathieu-Martin (2013), was a wrench monkey since the age of 3, a simple guy, always ready with a helping hand and always present for his friends.
He is survived by his mother, Christine of Shediac; his father, Rick of Memramcook; maternal grandmother, Patsy Gaudet of Shediac; paternal grandfather, Valmond Belliveau of Dieppe; maternal great grandmother, Edmée Leger of Moncton; paternal great grandmother, Edmée Belliveau of Moncton; aunts: Joanne Belliveau and Lisa (Marco) Papillon, both of Dieppe; cousins: Dominic and Stéphane; a special friend, Janie Fougère as well as many special great aunts and uncles, family and friends.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Raymond Leger and also by his paternal grandmother, Fern Belliveau.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm ONLY.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Sainte-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, on Monday, August 20th, 2018 at 11 am.
Donations to the Friend of the Moncton Hospital Foundation "Neurology Unit" would be appreciated by the family.
Due aux blessures causés par un accident de voiture, le mercredi 15 août 2018, à l’âge de 23 ans, est décédé, Corey Belliveau. Il demeurait à Memramcook, mais à grandit à Dieppe au Nouveau-Brunswick.
Né à Moncton, N.-B., il était le fils de Christine Leger et de Rick Belliveau.
Corey travaillait pour Atlantic Transmission. Il était gradué de l’École Mathieu-Martin en 2013. Il aimait aider et était toujours disponible pour donnés un coup de main.
Il laisse dans le deuil sa mère, Christine de Shediac; son père, Rick de Memramcook; sa grand-mère maternel, Patsy Gaudet de Shediac; son grand-père paternel, Valmond Belliveau de Dieppe; son arrière grand-mère maternel, Edmée Leger de Moncton; son arrière grand-mère paternel, Edmée Belliveau de Moncton; ses tantes: Joanne Belliveau et Lisa (Marco) Papillon, toutes deux de Dieppe; ses cousins: Dominic et Stéphane; son amie spéciale, Janie Fougère ainsi que plusieurs grandes tantes, grands oncles, famille et amis.
Son grand-père maternel, Raymond Leger ainsi que sa grand-mère paternel, Fern Belliveau l’ont précédé dans la tombe.
Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, (857-1901), le dimanche de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h SEULEMENT.
La messe des funérailles aura lieu en l’église Sainte-Thérèse, Dieppe, le lundi 20 août 2018, à 11h.
Un don à la Fondation des amis de l’hôpital de Moncton «Unité Neurologie» serait apprécié par la famille.
