Born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Désiré and the late Marguerite (Vautour) Cormier.
Prior to her illness, Denise had her own daycare in Saint-Antoine, she took pride and enjoyed the presence of every child she took care of. She was also very social, she loved seeing and spending quality time with family and friends.
She will be dearly missed by her husband of 35 years, Gilles; her daughters: Lynn (Stéphane) of Edmonton, AB and Tracy (Jessy) of Saint-Antoine; her sisters: Florine of Cocagne, Lucie (late Lionel) of Saint-Antoine, Anne-Marie (Telex) of Saint-Joseph, Cecile (Clarence) of Bouctouche, Angela (Dave) of Cocagne, Diane (Robert) and Louise (Bernie), both of Saint-Antoine and Annette (Albert) of Grand-Barachois; her brothers: Donald (Yolande) of Cocagne, Irenée (Yvonne) and Henri (Rachel), both of Saint-Antoine, Raymond (Cecilia) of Calgary, AB, Adrien (Pierrette) and Armand (Carmella), both of Cocagne, Bernard (Diane) of Moncton and Michel (Ginette) of Cocagne, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and many many friends.
Visitation will be held from Passage, Shediac Bridge, on Friday, August 27th, 2021 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur RC Church, Notre-Dame, on Saturday, August 28th, 2021 at 11 am.
In memory of Denise, a donation can be made to a memorial of the donor’s choice.
