Dorice Léger
1933 ~ 2020
Grande-Digue, NB – Dorice Léger, 86, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, on Sunday, March 29th, 2020.
Born in Grande-Digue, NB, she was the daughter of the late Edelbert and the late Laura Babineau (born LeBlanc).
Dorice will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 66 years, Irenée Léger; her three daughters, Maria (Armand Caissie) of St-Antoine, Louise (Mike Murphy) of Cocagne and Dorine (Jacques Cormier) of Grand-Barachois; her son, Léonard (Eliette) of Grande-Digue; her four grandsons, Bruno, Michel, Justin and Ghislain; her granddaughter, Renée and her great granddaughter, Rosalie; her two sisters, Laudia and Eveline; her four brothers, Valmond, Camille, Edmond and Aurèle; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Raymond; her grandson, Mathieu and by two brothers, Robert and Eugène.
Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel in Shediac Bridge, on Thursday, June 25, 2020 from 1pm until time of celebration at 3 pm and will not exceed 50 people, due to the pandemic. The ceremony can be viewed live on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/PassageFH/ .
