Edgar Auffrey, 85, of Dieppe, passed away on Friday, November 25th, 2005 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.
Born in St.-Joseph, he was the son of the late Emile and the late Alice (née: Belliveau) Auffrey.
Mr. Auffrey had retired from CN as a brakeman, and was a parishioner of Ste.-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Rita (née: LeBlanc); two daughters: Lucille Auffrey of Ottawa and Phyllis (Bill) Cairns of Moncton; two sons: Ronald of Dieppe and Gerard of Montreal; one brother, Robert (Florine) of Fox Creek as well as several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Auffrey was predeceased by one sister, Lola and also by three brothers: Guillaume, Allain and Paul.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Tuesday, November 29th, 2005 from 1:30 pm until time of service. Funeral service will be celebrated at the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, on Tuesday, November 29th, 2005 at 2:30 pm.
Interment in L’Annonciation Parish Cemetery, Pré-d’en-Haut, NB
