Moncton – Edmond Amirault, 72, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital on Tuesday, July 19^th, 2011, after a lengthy illness.

 

Born in New Edinburgh, NS on September 26, 1938, he was the son of the late Edwin and Eveline Amirault.

 

Edmond was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He retired from Public Service Pension Centre in Shediac after 20 years of service.

 

Edmond is survived by his son, Stéphane of Moncton; his daughter, Charlène (Chris) of Moncton; his special friend, Doreen Lane of Moncton; his brother, Charles (Rose) of Saulnierville, NS; his sister Rose-Marie Yogis (Wayne) of New Edinburgh, NS; the mother of his children, Fernande Amirault of Shediac Bridge; also several nieces and nephews.

 

Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Tuesday, July 26^th from 2 to 4 pm and from 5:30 pm until time of the funeral.   Funeral service will be at Passage Chapel in Shediac Bridge on Tuesday, July 26^th at 7 pm.
