Ste-Anne-de-Kent, NB – Edouard Léger, 80, passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, on Wednesday, January 9, 2013. He lived with Ida and Antoine Gallant for the past fifteen years.
Born in Richibouctou-Village on February 10, 1932, he was the son of the late Joseph D. and Alvina (Allain) Léger.
Edouard will be sadly missed by his two brothers, Alban (late Rosa) of Ste-Anne-de-Kent and Elie (Marie) of Richibouctou-Village; also by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by three sisters, Eva, Christine and Elmire (Raymond LeBlanc); and three brothers, Yvon (late Lyola), Lionel et Alfred (late Loretta).
Visitations will be at the slumber room in the St-Antoine-de-Padoue RC Church in Richibouctou-Village, on Monday, January 14, from 2 pm until time of the funeral at 7 pm.
