Ella Belliveau, 78, of Moncton, passed away on Saturday, July 8th, 2006 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Dosithé and the late Euphemie (née: Bastarache) Bourgeois.
Mrs. Belliveau had been a volunteer for many years at the Villa du Repos and was a parishioner of St. Bernard’s R.C.C.
She is survived by one son, Terry (Angela) of Moncton; two sisters: Lorraine (George) Benoit and Irma (Jimmy) Melanson, both of Moncton; one granddaughter, Josée as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her step-mother, Domithilde (LeBlanc) Robichaud; her husband, Bernard in 1999; one infant daughter; one sister, Jeannette and also by seven brothers: Armand, Blair, Gerald, Lionel, Raymond, Paul and Paul.
Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901 on Monday, July 10th, 2006 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and also on Tuesday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral service will be celebrated at St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 11th, 2006 at 11 am. Interment in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
Donations to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital “Palliative Care Unit” would be appreciated by the family.
