Shediac, NB – Elphège Goguen, 82, passed away peacefully at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, February 3, 2018.
Born in Cocagne, NB, he was the son of the late Thomas and Émilie (Williams) Goguen.
Elphège will be missed by his wife, Florence (Allain) Goguen; his sister, Élise LeBlanc (late Edgar) of Moncton; his three grandchildren, Dominic, Jacqueline and Élizabeth; his two great grandsons, William and Vincent; also by several nephews and nieces.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his two sons, Paul and Claude (2010); five brothers, Raymond, Edgar, Tilmon, Tanis and Dismas; five sisters, Delphine, Ernestine, Anna, Rosé and Régina.
Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge, on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 2 pm until time of funeral service at Passage Chapel at 4 pm. Reception will follow
In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Association or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
