It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of their beloved father, Éric Migneault of Dieppe, on Wednesday July 7, 2021, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center in Moncton, NB., at the age of 50.
He was the son of the late Léo and the late Lucienne (née: Audet) Migneault.
Eric will always be remembered for his sense of humor and loving heart.
Éric is survived by his two daughters: Chloé and Jade, both of Dieppe, and the mother of his children, Sylvie Migneault; his four sisters: Nathalie (Daniel) Roy of Quebec, Carole Migneault of Quebec, Line (Mario) Paradis of Campbellton and Nancy (Michel) Robichaud of Bathurst; his two brothers; Alain Migneault of Ontario and Gaétan Migneault of Moncton; as well as several nieces and nephews.
As per his wishes, there will be no visitation. A private service in St.-Anselme Church will take place on Monday, July 19, 2021.
Interment at Val d’Amour Cemetery.
Donation to the CHU Dumont (pulmonary) Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.

C’est avec une grande tristesse que la famille annonce le décès de leur père bien-aimé, Éric Migneault de Dieppe, le mercredi 7 juillet 2021, au Centre hospitalier universitaire Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont de Moncton, N.-B., âgé de 50 ans.
Il était le fils de feu Léo et feue Lucienne (née: Audet) Migneault.
On se souviendra toujours d’Eric pour son sens de l’humour et son cœur aimant.
Éric laisse dans le deuil ses deux filles: Chloé et Jade, toutes deux de Dieppe, et la mère de ses enfants, Sylvie Migneault; ses quatre sœurs : Nathalie (Daniel) Roy de Québec, Carole Migneault de Québec, Line (Mario) Paradis de Campbellton et Nancy (Michel) Robichaud de Bathurst; ses deux frères; Alain Migneault d’Ontario et Gaétan Migneault de Moncton; ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Selon ses souhaits, il n’y aura pas de visite. Un service privé en l’église St.-Anselme aura lieu, le lundi le 19 juillet 2021.
L’inhumation au cimetière Val d’Amour.
Un don à la Fondation CHU Dumont (pulmonaires), la Société Canadienne du Cancer, ou à un organisme de bienfaisance au choix du donateur serait grandement apprécié par la famille.
