It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the passing of Exeline Brun, 97, of Saint-Anselme, NB on Thursday, September 24th, 2020 at the Dr. George-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre.
She was the wife of the late Dolpha Brun; the daughter of the late Philomon LeBlanc and the late Josephine (née: LeBlanc) LeBlanc.
Exeline worked for Eaton’s mail order and was a member of Saint-Anselme Golden Age Club.
She will be greatly missed by her two daughters: Rose-Marie LeBlanc of Dieppe and Bernice (Donald) Côté from Russell, ON; three sons: Roger of Dieppe, Eric (Juliette) of Dieppe, Claude (Barbara) of Shediac; her sister Colombe (feu Yvon) LeBlanc of Dieppe; her nine grandchildren: fourteen great grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband and her parents she was predeceased by her three sisters: Yvonne, Rosanna and Emma; her three brothers: Adolphe, Philippe, and Wilfred and her grandson Mario.
Masks are mandatory and social distancing must be respected inside the funeral home.
Visitation will be held at Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, September 27th, 2020 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
A private funeral will be held. Interment in St. Anselme parish Cemetery.
Donations to the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center would be appreciated by the family.

C’est avec le coeur lourd, que nous annonçons le décèe d’Exeline Brun, 97 ans, de Saint-Anselme, N-B le jeudi 24 septembre, 2020 au CHU Dr Georges-L.-Dumont. Elle était l’épouse de feu Dolpha Brun; la fille de feu Philomon LeBlanc et de feu Josephine (née : LeBlanc) LeBlanc.
Exeline travaillait pour la vente par correspondance d’Eaton et était membre du club d’âge d’or de Saint-Anselme.
Elle manquera beaucoup à ses deux filles : Rose-Marie LeBlanc de Dieppe et Bernice (Donald) Côte de Russell, ON; trois fils : Roger de Dieppe, Eric (Juliette) de Dieppe, Claude (Barbara) de Shediac; sa sœur Colombe (feu Yvon) LeBlanc de Dieppe; ses neuf petits-enfants, quatorze arrière-petits-enfants et plusieurs nièces et neveux.
A côté de son mari et de ses parents, elle fut prédécédée par ses trois sœurs : Yvonne, Rosanna et Emma; ses trois frères : Adolphe, Philippe et Wilfred et son petit-fils Mario.
Les Masques sont obligatoires et la distanciation Sociale doit être respectée.
Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N-B (857-1901), le dimanche de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h.
Un service privé par invitation aura lieu.
L’inhumation au cimetière paroissial de St. Anselme.
Un don à la fondation CHU Georges.L.-Dumont serait appecié par la famille.
