Dieppe, NB – Exina Martin, 98, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, February 2nd, 2020.
Born in Baie-Ste-Anne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Cyriac and the late Hilda Gaudet (born Thériault).
Exina will be sadly missed by her daughter, Claudine Savoie (late Claude) of Dieppe; her two sisters, Alida Clément (late Ernest) and Edwidge Richard (Alfred) both of Dieppe; her two grandchildren, René (Lise), Paul (Lisa) both of Dieppe and Gaëtan Mazerolle of St-Louis; her five great grandchildren, Caroline (Jean-Michel) of Dieppe, Brigitte (Patrick) of Moncton, André, Alex and Samuel all of Dieppe; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Prudent Martin; her son, Julien; her two sisters, Juliette (Charles) and Patricia who passed away at a young age; her four brothers, Alcide, Wilfred (Colleen), Yvon (Yolande) and Patrice.
Visitation will be held at the Ste-Anne RC Church Slumber Room in Baie-Ste-Anne, on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 10 am until time of funeral service at 12 pm at the church.
