Frank Gaudet, 65, of Moncton, NB, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 23rd, 2011, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Aurèle and the late Stella (née: LeBlanc) Gaudet.
Mr. Gaudet had worked for Via-Rail and greatly enjoyed watching car races and baseball.
He is survived by three sisters: Simonne (Roger) Paulin, Jeannita (Bruce) Hills and Denise (late Robert) Melanson, all of Moncton; one brother, Oswald "Ozzie" (Murielle) Gaudet of Dieppe; one step brother, David (Marsha) Bourgeois of BC as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Monday from 7 to 9 pm and also on Tuesday from 9 am until time of departure.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB, on Tuesday, September 27th, 2011 at 10 am.
Interment in Saint-Anselme Parish Cemetery.
Donations to the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Né a Moncton, N.-B., il était fils de feu Aurèle et de feu Stella (née: LeBlanc) Gaudet.
M. Gaudet avait travaillé pour Via Rail. Il aimait surveiller les courses d’autos et le baseball.
Il laisse dans le deuil trois soeurs: Simonne (Roger) Paulin, Jeannita (Bruce) Hills et Denise (feu Robert) Melanson, toutes de Moncton; un frère, Oswald “Ozzie” (Murielle) Gaudet de Dieppe; un demi-frère, David (Marsha) Bourgeois de la C.-B. ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N.-B., (857-1901) le lundi de 19h à 21h ainsi que le mardi de 9 h jusqu’au départ pour les funérailles.
Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Saint-Anselme, Dieppe, N.-B., le mardi 27 septembre 2011, à 10h.
