Moncton, NB – Gabriel Doucet, 45, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, June 11, 2016, after a very courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Bathurst, NB, he was the son of Eric Doucet and Nicole Haché.
Besides his parents, Gabriel will be sadly missed by his loving partner, Laura Abudo, who took care of him like an angel until the very end; his stepson, Joshua and his stepdaughter, Magdalene (Magz); Boomer who he called his therapy dog, kept his morale; also by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by one sister, Tanya Lynn.
Visitations will be held at Passage in Moncton, 625 Mountain Rd, Moncton, on Friday, June 17, 2016 from 1 to 4 pm. In respect to Gabriel’s wishes there will be no funeral service. Burial will take place in Robertville, NB in the family plot at a later date.
