Wheaton Settlement, NB – Gerard LeBlanc, 68, passed away peacefully at his residence, on Saturday, September 17, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Minto, NB, he was the son of the late Gilbert and the late Adèle LeBlanc (Boucher).
Gerard will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Bernice LeBlanc (Legault); his children: Malcolm (Kaylee) of Petitcodiac, William of Brantford, ON and Chantal LeBlanc (Bryan Butryn) of Pictou, NS; his grandchildren: Justice, Dakota, Loralei, Jolene, Danika and Gwendolyn; his siblings: Doris Chappel (Malcolm) of Saint John, Corinne Aucoin (late Richard) of Portland, ME, Ronnie (Irene) of Minto and Patricia MacLaughlin of BC; also by several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held at Passage-Chartersville, 363 Amirault, Dieppe, NB (857.1901), on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 10am to 11am. Celebration of life will be held in the chapel at 11am on the same day. Burial to follow at Saint-Anselme RC Cemetery.
In Gerard’s memory, a donation can be made to IWK Health Centre, the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.
