Moncton – Gérard Léger, 67, passed away peacefully at the Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, April 26, after a brief illness.
Born in Moncton on March 4, 1944, he was the son of the late James and Anna (Gallant) Léger.
Gérard will be sadly missed by his son, James Léger of Moncton; his daughter, Kim Dyson of Moncton; his three brothers, Emery and Léo, both of Moncton, Paul (late Anna) of Rexton; also several nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be held at Passage, 625 Mountain Rd, Moncton on Saturday, April 30th from 7 to 9 pm. In respect to Gérard’s wishes, there will be no funeral service.
Donations to the Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
