Moncton, NB – Peacefully in her sleep last Saturday, April 14, Germaine Bourgeois of Moncton, went to join her husband Blair Bourgeois, who passed away in 2013. She was loved by her family as a grande dame. She is survived by her immediate family, by her daughter Gisèle (Paul Montador), by her son-in-law, Tom Macdonald of Toronto, by her grandchildren Brendan, Chantal, Colin, Marc-André and by her great-granddaughter Grace Lise Anne Macdonald, by her two sisters, Pauline Boudreau (late Pierre Boudreau) of Moncton and Yvonne Hanson (Westley Hanson) of Kalamazoo, Michigan, as well as several nephews and nieces.
Germaine was predeceased by her daughter, Lise Anne Macdonald, by her parents Marie and Willy Richard, by her two brothers, Aurèle and Fernand (Fernande), by her sisters Lorraine (Alphonse LeBlanc), Bertha (Edouard Caissie), Lilianne (Aristide Gaudet), Lucille (Ferdinand King) and Yolande (Edouard Fagan).
Germaine had a successful real estate career in the Montreal and Moncton areas.
Funeral service will be held from Passage Funeral Chapel, 625 Mountain Road (corner West Lane), Moncton on Wednesday, April 18th, 2018 at 2:00pm
