Germaine Woods, 88, of Manoir Notre-Dame, Moncton, and formerly of Dieppe, passed away on Friday, May 5th , 2006 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.
Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late William and the late Ernestine (née: Theriault) Martin.
Mrs. Woods was a retired employee of the Federal Government and parishioner of Ste-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family, she is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Albert (Bert) Woods in 1982, three sisters: Marie Louise, Loretta and Marcella; also by one brother, Edmond.
At her request there will be no visitation. Funeral Service will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, May 9th, 2006 at 10 am.
Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire cemetery, Dieppe.
