Gilles Bradet, 74, of Moncton, passed away on Monday, September 11th, 2006 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB.
Born in Roberval, QC, he was the son of the late Joseph and the late Yvonne (née: Martel) Bradet.
Mr. Bradet had retired from Radio Canada and was a very active member of Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix R.C.C..
He is survived by his wife, Jeanne d’Arc (née: Bouchard); one daughter, Micheline (Donald) Boucher of St. Phillippe; two sons: Yves (Susan) Biddiscombe of Drummondville, QC and Mario of Halifax, NS; one sister, Ginette (Richard) Rustin of Vero Beach, Florida; four grandchildren: Chantal (Paul Richard), Jean-Marc, Renée and Julien as well as by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by three sisters.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Tuesday, September 12th, 2006 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and on Wednesday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix Roman Catholic Church, on Wednesday, September 13th, 2006 at 11 am.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
