Gloria M. Sharpe, 69, of Dieppe, passed away on Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 at the Dr Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.
Born in Bouctouche, NB, she was the daughter of the late Frank and the late Anna (née: LeBlanc) Cormier.
She is survived by her common-law husband, Léandre Gallant; one daughter, Debbie Sharpe (Wayne) of Aukland, New Zealand; one step-daughter, Carol-Ann (André) Comeau of Dieppe; one son, David Sharpe of Moncton; two step-sons Rhéal Gallant of Moncton and Robert (Natalie) Gallant of Dieppe; 7 grandchildren: Alisha, Aaron, Alia, Christopher, Nicholas, Nikita and Jordan; one great-granddaughter, Kiera and also by one niece.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Raymond “Brumond”.
Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB 857-1901, on Thursday, November 22nd, 2007, from 2 to 4 pm and from 7pm to 9 pm and also on Friday from 9: 30 am until time of departure.
Funeral mass will be celebrated at the Ste Thérèse R.C.C., on Friday, November 23rd, 2007 at 10: 30 am.
Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe NB.
Donations to the Dr. Georges-L Dumont Hospital or the NB Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
