Notre-Dame-de-Kent, NB – Hervé Bourgeois, 93, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital, on Monday, May 11, 2020.
Born in Notre-Dame-de-Kent, he was the son of the late Honoré and the late Justine Bourgeois (born Bourque).
Hervé will be dearly missed by his wife, Rosa Bourgeois (born LeBlanc); his two sons, Charles (Pauline) of Notre-Dame-de-Kent and André of Dieppe; his brother, Ernest (late Eva) of Moncton; his two sisters, SR. Doris Bourgeois and Rhéa Gaudet (late Omer) both of Moncton; his two grandchildren, Julie (Jocelyn) of Charlottetown, PEI and Luc of Notre-Dame-de-Kent; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his two brothers, Louis (Yvonne) and Thomas (Edmée).
As per request, there will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be held at Notre-Dame du Sacré-Coeur RC Church in Notre-Dame-de-Kent, on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 11 am and will not exceed 50 people, due to the pandemic.
A donation can be made in Hervé’s memory to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation (Oncology) or to a charity of your choice.
