Born in MacDougall Settlement, NB, he was the son of the late Hyacinthe and the late Elise (née: McGraw) Manuel and she was born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Saul and the late Sarah (née: Richard) Manuel.
Hyacinthe and Claudette will be sadly missed by their son, Guy (Nicole McManuis) of MacDougall Settlement; Hyacinthe was the last surviving member of his immediate family; Claudette is survived by her siblings: Roberta (Omer) Maillet, Roberte (Gérald) Gagnon, Gisèle (Gérald) Girouard, Lucie (Paul) Gallant, Guy Cormier and Bernard Cormier, Yvonnisse (Mathieu) Dallaire, Bernice Cormier (Philippe LeBlanc), Patricia Leger (Bernard Roy) and Léola LeBlanc (Gary Carroll), as well as many nieces and nephews.
Hyacinthe was predeceased by his sisters: Hectorine and Jeannette and also by his brother, Yvon; Claudette was predeceased by her sister, Rose-Marie.
In respect of the family’s wishes, no visitation or funeral service will be held.
