Irène Gallant, 73, of Moncton and formerly of Scoudouc, passed away on Saturday, July 15th, 2006 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.
Born in Fox Creek, NB, she was the daughter of the late Albénie and the late Evangeline (née: Gautreau) Gauvin.
She is survived by one daughter, Linda (Toby) LaGrow of Scottsboro, Alabama; one son, Donald of Moncton; two sisters: Eva Gauvin of Moncton and Jennie (late Willie) Allain of Dieppe; two brothers: Camille and Léo both of Moncton; one grandson, Marco as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Emile in 2000; two sisters: Thérèse and Corinne; five brothers: Alyre, Fred, Edgar, Alderice and Roy.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from St.-Jacques-le-Majeur Roman Catholic Church (Scoudouc) on Tuesday, July 18th, 2006 at 11 am. Interment in St.-Jacques-le-Majeur Parish Cemetery, Scoudouc, NB.
