Dieppe, NB – J. Norbert Martin, 78, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, January 19, 2019.

Born in Baie Ste-Anne, NB, he was the son of the late Allison and Margaret Martin (Robichaud).

Norbert worked at NB Power for over 35 years.

Norbert will be sadly missed by his wife, Léola Daigle; his children, Parnell (Rachel) of Cocagne and Andrée Martin (Andrea) of Waterdown, Hamilton, ON; his siblings, Arilda LeBlanc (late Aimée) of Moncton, Priscilla Guéganne (Léonard Doucet) of Shediac, Archie (Pierrette) of Montreal, QC, Allison (Adrienne) of Miramichi and Fernand (Flora) of Bay du Vin, NB; his four grandchildren, Maïka, Danaé, Kai and Wyatt; also by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by six brothers, Aurel, Walter, Donald, Rene, Gerald and Paul-Emile.

Visitation will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge, on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 9 until time of funeral service at Passage Funeral Chapel at 11 am.
