Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Valerie and the late Juliette Langis (nee Boudreau).

Jean-Louis was a welder for many years and was an avid photographer, loved nature, playing darts and spending time with Stella and friends. A special thank you to the members of P.A.C.E. and darts partners at the Air Force Vets for their friendship with Jean-Louis.

Jean-Louis will be sadly missed by his sister, Francine Brine (Laurie) of Rogersville, NB; by his brothers, four brothers, Roméo (Cecile) of Shediac, Georges (Jen Zhou) of Quebec City, QC, Rhéal of London, Ontario and Guy (Debbie) of Moncton; by his loving partner and best friend, Stella Kavanagh; he also is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Jean-Louis was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Lena Langis.

Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel, 625 Mountain Road (corner West Lane), Moncton, NB, on Friday, December 7th, 2018 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel, Moncton, NB, on Friday, December 7th, 2018 at 2:00 pm.
