Moncton, NB – It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Jeannine Cormier, who passed away at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC, Moncton at the age of 83, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, November 6th, 2017.

Born in Adamsville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Hubert and the late Imelda Cormier (nee Henri). Jeannine spent her childhood on High Street, then on Bromley avenue and she also lived in her later years on Cameron Street. She was a secretary with the Federal government for 35 years.

Jeannine will be sadly missed by her three sisters, Huberte Cormier of Moncton, Phyllis Jones of Moncton and Rosita Boyd of Ottawa, ON; by her sister-in-law, Margaret Cormier of Nova Scotia; by her nieces and nephews, Monique Cormier, Christa Lee Jones, Joanne Boyd, Danny Roy, Lucille Roy, Michael Roy, Anne-Marie Sutherland, Claire Cormier and Terry Bent.

Besides her parents, Jeannine was predeceased by her two sisters, Simone Roy and Lucille Cormier; by her brother, Rudolf Cormier and by her nephew John Cormier.

As per Jeannine’s wishes there will be no visitation at the funeral home or funeral service.

Donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
