St-Edouard, NB – Jeannot Vautour, 57, passed away suddenly at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, on Sunday, October 23, 2011.
Born in Cape St-Louis-de-Kent on January 2, 1954, he was the son of the late Jean and Régina (Daigle) Vautour.
He worked as a truck driver for D.O.T. and Paul Maillet.
Jeannot will be sadly missed by his daughter, Lynn MacDonald (Joseph) of Kentville, NS; his two brothers, Meleme (Bibianne) of South Branch, Paul (Claudette) of Bouctouche; his two sisters, Noëlla Vautour (Charles) of Moncton, Réjeanne Holowachuk (Randy) of Victoria, BC; his two half brothers, Chester Elward (Eleonore) of Aldouane, Robert Elward of Alberta; his two grandchildren, Aidan and Brody; his special friend, Jeannine Bastarache; also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his wife, Joanne (2008) and by one sister, Marie-Paule.
Visitations will be held at the Ste-Anne-de-Kent slumber room on Thursday, October 27 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Friday, October 28 from 9:30 am until time of the funeral. Funeral service will be at the Ste-Anne-de-Kent RC Church on Friday, October 28, at 11am.
