Harcourt, NB – John Allen Wylie, 73, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, August 8, 2019, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Kent Junction, NB, he was the son of the late Mack and the late Ruth Wylie (born Stewart).
Allen will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 51 years, Margaret Wylie (Smith); his sons, Darrell (Tracye), Rod (Diane) and Adam; his brothers, Danny (Heather), Malcolm (Triny), Andy (Maureen) and Clay; his sisters, Betty (Pierre), Nioma (Ron), Lois (Lee), Mary (Don), Doreen (Darrell) and Janice; his grandchildren, Hanna, Dawson, Josh, Ashley, Noah and Ethan; his great granddaughter, Hope; also by his uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Gary and Frankie and his sister, Fran.
As per Allen wishes, there will be no visitation and funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Kent Junction Roman Catholic Cemetery Funds.
