Cocagne, NB – John Noël, 87, passed away peacefully at the Villa Providence in Shediac, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, August 8, 2014, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Cocagne, NB, he was the son of the late Grégoire and Évangéline (Gauvin) Noël.
John will be sadly missed by his sister, Viola (Vickie) (Albert) Allain of Cocagne; his four brothers, Léandre (Doris) of Scoudouc, Arthur (Marie), Guillaume (Aldéa) and Antoine (Oréa) all of Cocagne; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Ella (Robichaud); two brothers, Azore and Laurie; one sister, Irène.
Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Monday, August 11, 2014 from 2 pm until time of funeral at 4 pm at the Passage Chapel in Shediac Bridge.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
