Joyce Wolthers, 68, of Essex Street, Moncton, NB, passed away on Monday, September 22nd, 2008 at the Moncton Hospital.
Mrs. Wolthers dedicated many years as a volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; her children: Teresa (Tim) Mollins of Pointe du Chêne, Brenda Drisdelle of Toronto, Wendy (Robert) Boudreau of Boudreau Ouest and Gary (Lekha) Drisdelle of Toronto; six grandchildren: Cory, Ryan, Leigha, Justyn, William and Kyle; two sisters: Doris Trites of Painsec Junction and Margaret Smith of Moncton; one brother, Ken (Sis) Doucette of Brantford; five stepchildren: Lynn (Mike) Bourque of Shediac, Judy (Terry) Miller of Moncton, Kristy (Mark) Fenety of Grand Barachois, Tracey Smith (Shayne) of Moncton, Mitchell (Debbie) Wolthers of Painsec Junction and several step grand and great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by four brothers: Allan, Gerald, Joseph and Claude.
Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901 on Wednesday, September 24th, 2008 from 2 until time of departure, followed by funeral mass at St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church at 4 pm.
Interment in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
