Born in Barachois, NB, she was the daughter of the late Placide and the late Anna Leger (nee Richard).

Julienne was the last member of her immediate family, she is survived by her son; Gérald Leger of Robichaud; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gonzague (1995); by her two sisters, Edmée Belliveau and Nathalie Leger; by her four brothers, Eustache, Philias, Napoléon and Fred.

Visitations will be at St-Thérèse d’Avila slumber room in Cap-Pelé on Monday, November 14th, 2016 from 12:30pm till 1:45pm. Funeral service will be held at St-Thérèse d’Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé on Monday, November 14th, 2016 at 2:00pm. Burial will take place after the service at the parish cemetery.

Donations can be made to Villa Providence or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
