Lorraine Maillet, 74 of Dieppe, passed away on Sunday May 6th, 2007 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.
Born in St. Joseph de Memramcook, she was the daughter of the late Mathias and the late Marie Geneviève (née: Allain) Cormier.

She was a member of the Club d’Age d’Or de St. Anselme and a parishioner at St. Anselme Roman Catholic Church.
Mrs. Maillet is survived by four daughters: Denise (Rick) of Moncton, Simonne (Francis) of Memramcook, Angela (Jean-Marc) and Lisa, both of St. Anselme; three sons: Lionel of Moncton, Rhéal (Agnes) of Dieppe and Daniel (Diane) of Moncton; one foster son, Jean-Paul; one foster daughter, Hélène; two sisters: Dorice Boyle of Amherst, NS and Claudia (Laurie) Bourgeois of Dieppe; one brother, Gerald (Ann) Cormier of Dieppe; 12 grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Alde in 2003; one sister, Germaine and also by two brothers: Henri and Antoine.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Wednesday May 9th, 2007 from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated from St. Anselme Roman Catholic Church on Thursday May 10th, 2007 at 11 am. Interment in St. Anselme Parish Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.

Donations to The Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital Foundation“Oncology Unit” would be appreciated by the family.
